Herb Butter
Mix together:
1 cup soft margarine or softened butter
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram, chopped
1 tsp. tarragon, chopped
1 tsp. thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 small cloves garlic minced.
Let flavors blend for 4 hours or overnight.  Keep refrigerated.
Use on rolls, biscuits, vegetables, meats, etc.
